Program Fees and Billing

Semester Payment Deadlines

Please note: Regardless of acceptance status, students are not considered to have confirmed admittance until the $2,000 deposit has been received. Failure to submit the deposit by the set deadline may result in the removal of the student’s name from the confirmed participant list.

Fall Semester

EARLY BIRD – 5% off total tuition

(In order to qualify the student must meet both deadlines)

Apply: by Feb. 1

Tuition, Room and Board: $20,045

Deposit due: Feb 15 – $2,000

Balance due: April 15

 

REGULAR DATES

Apply: by April 15

Tuition, Room and Board: $21,100

Deposit due: April 30 – $2,000

Balance due: June 30

 

Spring Semester

EARLY BIRD – 5% off total tuition

Tuition, Room and Board: $20,045

Deposit due: July 30 – $2,000

Balance due: August 30

 

REGULAR DATES:

Apply: by October 15

Deposit due: October 30 – $2,000

Withdrawal Policy

 

Because of our size, cancellations and withdrawals affect us significantly. Therefore, we must adhere to a strict policy.

 

Semester programs:

 

The $2,000 deposit is non-refundable

Withdrawal up to 40 days prior to program start date: 100% of program fee will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Withdrawal between 39 and 25 days prior to program start date: 50% of program fee will be refunded, minus the non-refundable deposit.

Withdrawal 24 or less days before the program start date: No refund

 

 

*Tuition includes room and board unless otherwise separated in the above cost breakdown. Travel is NOT included. Participants are responsible for their own travel costs.
