Summer II: Intensives
Dance, Physical Theatre, Film, and Voice & Speech
Join us for a summer of bold exploration, creative risk, and intensive performance training. The 4-week Summer Intensives in Dance, Physical Theatre, Film, and Voice & Speech invite emerging artists to deepen their craft through immersive study, creative collaboration, and daily practice.
The Dance Intensive focuses on contemporary movement, composition, and improvisation—pushing dancers to expand both technical range and expressive depth.
The Physical Theatre Intensive offers specialized training in Commedia dell’Arte and Clown, guiding performers through the art of physical storytelling, character creation, and ensemble play.
The Film Intensive features complementary courses in Screenwriting and Screen Acting, exploring cinematic storytelling and performance for the screen.
Participants may also mix and match Film and Physical Theatre courses to create an interdisciplinary experience that bridges stage and screen.
The Voice & Speech Intensive integrates Fitzmaurice Voicework®, Roy Hart, Miller Voice Method, and Knight-Thompson Speechwork to help performers connect breath, resonance, and articulation—cultivating expressive range, clarity, and authentic vocal presence.
Across all tracks, dialogue and collaboration encourage reflection on the artist’s role in society—fostering creators who think as deeply as they perform.
