What’s Included in your Program Fee – One Year/Semester Programs

The Accademia dell’Arte Program fee includes:

• Academic Program Tuition
• Visa application support (when visa is required)
• Pre-Departure Assistance (visa application, addressing health issues & travel)
• Airport pick-up on arrival day (please check your acceptance letter for more details)
• 24/7 emergency phone & on-campus guardian
• Beginning of program room cleaning and sanitising
• Permit of Stay (Permesso di Soggiorno) application fees (One Year Program only)
• Permit of Stay (Permesso di Soggiorno) application support and help (One Year Program only)
• Housing, rooms with double or triple occupancy
• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Monday through Friday when classes are in session
• School Doctor
• Tour of Arezzo
• A day excursion to Florence – transportation & guided tour
• A 3-day excursion to Rome – transportation, housing, breakfasts, guided tour, workshop
• Official transcript issued by Hendrix College
• Professional photos taken during performances
• Welcome and Farewell dinner
• Orientation, cultural activities, and all activities and services not covered by tuition and for which a separate fee is not charged.

The Accademia dell’Arte Program fee does not include:

• Airfare
• Visa application fee (when a Visa is required)
• Textbooks (as specified in the Academic Handbook)
• Insurance
• Meals at the weekends, during breaks and whenever classes are not in session
• Personal travels and activities
