What’s Included in your Program Fee – Tuscan Immersion in Culture and Politics

The Accademia dell’Arte Program fee includes:

• Academic Program Tuition
• Visa application support (when visa is required)
• Pre-Departure Assistance (visa application, addressing health issues & travel)
• 24/7 emergency phone & on-campus guardian
• Beginning of program room cleaning and sanitizing
• Housing, rooms with double or triple occupancy
• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner, Monday through Friday when classes are in session
• School Doctor
• Tour of Arezzo
• Pasta making class
• A day excursion to Florence – transportation & guided tour
• Overnight trip to Rome
• Orientation, cultural activities, and all activities and services not covered by tuition and for which a separate fee is not charged.

The Accademia dell’Arte Program fee does not include:

• Airfare
• Visa application fee (when a Visa is required)
• Official transcript issued by Hendrix College (for the students opting to receive credits for the Italian class only)
• Textbooks (as specified in the Academic Handbook)
• Insurance
• Meals at the weekends, during breaks and whenever classes are not in session
• Personal travels and activities
