Anuschka Jaenicke is a graduate from the University of Florence School of Law and completed her two years of forensic traineeship working for law firms in the city of Turin. In addition she holds a Master Degree in Childhood Studies from the Freie Universitaet of Berlin’s Faculty of Educational Science while working for several projects in the field of educational management.

Anuschka’s work experience includes the Goethe-Institut of Turin where she collaborated in activities such as the theatre project Lingue in Scena and Al lavoro col tedesco. In Berlin, Anuschka worked for pedagogical projects of the foundation Ein Quadratkilometer BIldung in the district of Neukoelln focusing on multiculturalism in educational enviroments.

Anuschka loves to do morning yoga on the ADA Teatrino’s rooftop. If you are an early bird, you are more than welcome to join her there.

Robert Shryock

As Director of Communications and Recruiting, Bob Shryock directs and manages all marketing and US recruiting for the Accademia dell’Arte. Previously, he was a creative producer and project manager in the advertising industry.

A graduate of the Accademia’s first MFA in Physical Theatre cohort, Bob is also a professional theatre artist based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he works as an actor-creator, director, movement director, teaching artist, and producer.

Previously based in New York City, he was the Associate Artistic Director of Off-Broadway theatre company, Ripple Effect Artists, and the Director of Training (and hospital clown) for Lev Leytzan, a professional hospital clown organization. He regularly works with Bay Area Children’s Theatre, plus Zany Umbrella Circus, South Brooklyn Shakespeare, and Ripple Effect Artists. Bob is a member of Theatre Bay Area, Theatre Resources Unlimited and the Southeastern Theatre Conference.

In addition to an MFA in Physical Theatre from the Accademia dell’Arte, Bob holds undergraduate degrees in Biology and Theatre from Western Kentucky University.

In his free time, Bob loves playing and writing music, photography, playing soccer, traveling … and he’s undefeated in thumb wrestling.

Caroline was born in Amsterdam, Netherlands, where she studied classical cello at the Amsterdam Conservatory with Anner Bijlsma. In 1981 she moved to Italy, where she has worked as a cellist, both in orchestra and chamber music ensembles, touring throughout Europe, Japan.

Since 1987 she is founding member of Tripla Concordia, playing the baroque cello both as soloist and as continuo player. With this ensemble she appeared on radio and television in several countries of the European Union and performed at major music festivals both in Italy and abroad, With Tripla Concordia she has made a series of recordings, which have earned international recognition (Stradivarius, Dynamic, Arcana, Philarmonia, Cantus (Spain), Brilliant (Belgium) www.triplaconcordia.it

From 1990 she participated regularly in music-theatre productions as a cellist with Pietro Bartolini, Giovanni Pampiglione (Palermo, Siena, Foggia, Firenze, Roma e.a), and more recently with Kevin Crawford (Italy, France, USA).

Will Dameron is the Technical Director for the M.F.A. and Year-Round programs at the Accademia dell’Arte. Following the completion of his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theater with a focus in design and production from Coastal Carolina University and a season as a Journeyman Carpenter with The Santa Fe Opera, he joined the ADA family in August of 2015.

Will is a visual and performance artist, photographer, videographer and designer for theatre and dance. He is active as an artist and designer in Italy, with recent projects including Memento Chiostro, Vol. 2 (painting show) at the Biblioteca Comunale in Arezzo, WineTales (Lighting Designer/Technical Director) at the Azienda Avignonesi in Montepulciano in collaboration with Spazio Seme, Il Canarino (short film: Camera Dept/Director’s Assistant) with Cristina Valiani, and a still-untitled video art project (actor) with Franco Fedeli.

While in Santa Fe, he worked on the world premiere of Cold Mountain and the U.S. premiere of Dr. Sun Yat-Sen as well as several other critically-acclaimed operas; including co-productions with The San Francisco Opera, The Gran Teatre Liceu in Barcelona, Opera Philadelphia, Vancouver Opera, and The North Carolina Opera. His work has also been seen in the United States at New York Stage and Film’s Powerhouse Theater, The Warehouse Theater, and The Illinois Shakespeare Festival.

He is also a member of the CrisisART Collective.

Francesca Barbini was born in Arezzo in 1986. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Florence; the focus of her thesis work was in labor law, specifically the laws governing apprenticeships. For 18 months she worked for law firms around Arezzo as a forensic trainee. She worked in an accounting office in Arezzo learning to prepare financial documents and draft worker contracts.

Francesca assists the Managing Director, the Administrative Director of Graduate Studies and the Financial and Accounting Assistant, serving as the reference point for all technical and administrative issues as well as for legal and safety requirements. She is passionate about photography and sometimes she photographs the ADA performances.
